Now you won't have any excuse, this workout is time-efficient and doesn't need any equipment except yourself! Just find a good spot to do these floor exercises (optional yoga mat if you need a bit more comfort) and you're on your way to a firm and flat stomach.
Do each for 30 seconds. If you still have some more energy (yes you do!) add the single leg planks I did on this blog post to have a complete 5 minute workout.
